House Rules & Policies
1. No Pets Allowed – Pets are strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged if any pets are brought onto the property.
2. Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please check with us in advance.
3. No Smoking Indoors – Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged if any signs of smoking (including odors from tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana) are detected. Smoking is allowed outside on the back porch in the private backyard—please dispose of ashes and trash properly.
4. Medical Marijuana – Medical marijuana consumption is permitted outside on the back porch in the private backyard.
5. No Illicit Drugs – We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs.
6. Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund. Neighbors have been instructed to contact authorities if disturbances occur. Please enjoy your stay responsibly—no parties or loud gatherings.
7. No Loitering outside in Front of the House – Guests are welcome to relax in the private backyard but should avoid loitering in front of the property and on the front porch.
8. No Unauthorized Gatherings – Hosting gatherings or parties beyond the number of guests listed in your reservation is not allowed. An additional fee of $50 per unauthorized guest will be charged.
9. No Open Flames – Candles, incense, oil burners, and other open flames are prohibited due to fire hazards. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.
10. Basic Cleanliness – While we conduct professional cleaning between stays, we ask guests to:

• Wash and put away any dishes used.
• Place used towels in the hamper.
• Leave the home in reasonable condition to help keep cleaning costs low.

11. Accidents Happen – If anything is damaged, please inform us promptly. Reporting issues early increases the likelihood of a full security deposit refund.
12. Guest Limit & Overnight Stays – Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy is five (5) guests. Additional guests beyond five will incur a $50 per person fee. Infants are not counted toward the guest total.
13. Absolutely No Parties – If you’re planning a party, be aware that neighbors are quick to report disturbances, and the gathering will be shut down immediately.
14. Plumbing Awareness – To prevent plumbing issues, please do not flush condoms, tampons, paper towels, or sanitary products. Use the provided sanitary bins.
15. Makeup & Towels – Please use the provided makeup remover wipes instead of our white towels. Stained or ruined towels will be charged at $25 per towel. Sheets, pillows, mattresses, and mattress pads stained with blood or makeup will also incur an additional fee.
16. Excessive Cleaning Fees – If the home is left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
17. Unauthorized Late Check-Out – Late check-outs without prior approval will result in a $100 fee.
